Ingredients
* 2 cuPs of spinach or kale
* 2 cuPs of coconut water or coconut milk or almond milk
* 1 banana
* 1 cup of fresh or frozen strawberries
* (I like to also add 1 tablespoon of chia seeds since they are great for fiber, protein and your omegas!)
Preparation
1. Run through your juicer and enjoy!
2. A few great tiPs (from simplegreensmoothies.com):
3. You can freeze the greens in Ziploc bags - they keep wonderfully.
4. When blending, first blend the greens and liquid for a minute before throwing in the fruit.
5. (This will chop up those annoying green veins that get stuck in your teeth.)
