Five Ways to Get You out of Your Head and into the Present!

Try doing one of these every day!

  1. Before you drift off to sleep think of two things you are grateful for.
  2. Leave your phone at home and take a walk around the block. Take in the trees, grass, sounds, etc.
  3. Stop what you’re doing and take 3 deep breaths, paying attention only to your breathing.
  4. Take in the synchronicity of the birds next time you have the opportunity.
  5. Say “I love you” to yourself in the mirror while you get ready in the morning.
