Five Ways to Get You out of Your Head and into the Present!
Try doing one of these every day!
- Before you drift off to sleep think of two things you are grateful for.
- Leave your phone at home and take a walk around the block. Take in the trees, grass, sounds, etc.
- Stop what you’re doing and take 3 deep breaths, paying attention only to your breathing.
- Take in the synchronicity of the birds next time you have the opportunity.
- Say “I love you” to yourself in the mirror while you get ready in the morning.
