Fruit Challenge, Anyone?
Make it a goal to eat a piece of fruit one day this week! If you’re feeling really enthusiastic, eat one a day!
Here are some easy ideas:
Snack: have an apple with almond butter
Breakfast: throw some berries in your oatmeal
Breakfast: cut up some pineapple to put in your smoothie
Dessert: mix a frozen banana with some almond milk and walnuts to make banana ice cream
